These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of and purchases from the website www.thebulbbag.com, owned and operated by ANDVISIBLE S.R.L. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products & Handmade Process

All Bulb Bags are individually designed, cut, and sewn by hand in our studio. Because each item is handmade, small variations in shape, texture, and appearance may occur. These are not defects, but natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship.

Product photos are illustrative and may differ slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or material variation.

3. Orders & Pre-Orders

• Orders can be placed through our online store only.
• Pre-orders or made-to-order items are produced individually after full payment is confirmed.
• Average production time: 3–5 weeks (this may vary depending on material availability).
• If a selected material becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund 100% of the payment.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices may be displayed in EUR or RON. Since ANDVISIBLE S.R.L. is not a VAT-registered business, prices do not include VAT charges. The final amount shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Netopia, PayPal, or Klarna (where available). We do not store full card information.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Bucharest, Romania. We ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs or import duties applied in their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it before making a purchase.

Made-to-order and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled once production begins, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 (OUG 34/2014).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in the event of a manufacturing defect upon arrival, in which case we will assess and instruct next steps.

7. Warranty Conditions

Our products are handmade, not mass-produced. Minor variations are expected and not subject to warranty claims. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that affect functionality. Improper handling, wear and tear, or accidental damage do not qualify as defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, brand elements, photographs, product descriptions, and visual content on this website are the exclusive property of ANDVISIBLE S.R.L.. They may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or used commercially without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Bulb Bag is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, customs, or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Use of products outside normal conditions (e.g., exposure to extreme force, chemicals, moisture) is at the user’s own risk.

10. Modifications to Services

We may update product availability, prices, or website content at any time without notice. We may suspend or discontinue features or services without liability.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
