Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.thebulbbag.com, owned and operated by ANDVISIBLE S.R.L. (CUI 51284071, non-VAT registered), Strada Cugir, Nr. 38, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania. All Bulb Bags are handcrafted individually in our studio in Bucharest.

1. Ready-made (“In Stock”) Products

You may return a ready-made product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian OUG 34/2014.

Conditions for a valid return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging (including dust bag) must be returned.
  • A written return request must be sent before shipping the item back.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days, to the same payment method used for the purchase. Initial shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. Made-to-Order or Custom Items

Products made especially for you (pre-orders or custom pieces) cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c).

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos. After evaluation, we may offer:

  • repair of the product, or
  • replacement when repair is not possible, or
  • partial or full refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order.

4. Returning Your Item

Returns must be shipped to Bucharest, Romania. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

For returns sent from outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
